Tour places are secured at the time of booking, with full payment by credit card upon booking.
A strict 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Tours may be cancelled or altered by the client up to 24 hours before departure time. Cancellation or amendments less than 24 hours before departure incur a 100% cancellation
fee charged to your credit card. Cancellations made
more than 24 hours before the original departure time are valid for a full refund. Prices stated are per person, in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are subject
to change. Payments must be made in Australian dollars. Where applicable, upgrades may be paid for on the day of tour by cash or credit card direct to the Guide.
Minimum passenger numbers may apply. We retain the right to
cancel or amend tours, substitute vehicles or utilise associated tour operators as required. There are no refunds for bad
weather. Fares, tour itineraries and all information on this website are correct at the time of publishing.
We accept
concession cards from: Nomads, YHA, VIP & ISIC card holders, Aust / NZ pensioner cards. You must have your card present to
show the guide on your day of travel.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & BankCard. American Express incurs an additional 5% service fee.
For
private charter tours, an initial deposit of $400 is required upon booking, with the final balance payable 7 days prior to the booking. Your private charter tour may be cancelled or altered without penalty up to 7 days before your booking date. Cancellation within 7 days requires a forfeit of your $400 deposit. Cancellation of tour within 72 hours of the travel date incurs a 100% penalty of tour fees.
